1. PVC for Cable & Wire Sheathing
With expertise in wires and cables materials, Mega offers a wide range of pvc cable products which are specifically formulated to be used in a number of commercial fields. All of our PVC compounds are suitable for use in UL, CSA, VDE and CCC standard cabling situations, such as:
- Power cords
- Control and instrumentation cables.
- Telecommunication high speed cables.
- Appliance wires
All compounds comply with RoHS standard (Directive 2002/95/EC - Directive 2003/11/EC)

For injection application, We focus on the process parameters of compounds,and formulate compounds according to the clients' specific needs:
-Specific gravity
-Hardess adjustment

-ABS PS non-migration
-Specific melt index

3. PVC Compound for Medical and Toy Use
Our medical purpose compounds can be used in tubing, drip chamber, film, cap seal. All toy compound comply to EN71 standard.

4. Halogen free Compounds for Cable and Wire
Our low smoke halogen free compounds are widely used for vehicles, locomotive, electric equipments, buildings, ships, subway and other public facilities.

-Polyolefin insulation/jaket cable materials
-Radiation crosslinkable insulation/jaket cable materials
